I like what I see..!! I think the key will be to achieve a good wheatering and maybe that highly sweaty/wet effect on the uniforms as depicted in the movie (just a suggestion)

The work continues, started painting Sargent Elias couple days back and as you see the face is almost done...the uniform have the base painting and the next step is working on the lights and shadows...

Ah, you're progressing on this, nice.
I think the face looks very good. Sharp painting on a tiny face.
Maybe the lip needs some toning down? It's slightly too red for my taste (on a male).

Looks a very nice sculpt as well.
