Hi guys and thank you all for your nice comments
Here some more progress, now the hat is ready and big part of the jacket. Colors for the jacket are olive drab + military green + a bit of black, all lights adding sun skintone and yellow ochre and shadows adding more black.

For the grey hat I used a mix of black + english uniform, then the lights with teck tan and silver grey, also some color tone with violet red and purple.
