Hi All
This is my latest piece of work, Romeo Models 75mm Spanish Nobleman. I Started this figure about a year ago but never got round to finishing it until recently because of other commitments. It’s such a beautiful detailed figure and I decided that I was going to paint some pattern detail into the cloth of the arms and the cloak of the figure; it would be a shame not to on such a beautiful figure. All painted in oils and humbrols. Pictures also can be seen in the “My Collection” section of my web site.

Fabulous, awesome and alot of praises more.
I really find this one of the best i've seen untill today.
How did you get that pattern so even and done (for stencil it's to small).

Many thanks Daniel, Stefano and Marc for your compliments.

Marc, I just painted the design on freehand. I used oils to make the patterns so if I make a mistake I just used a clean wet brush to erase the part that goes wrong and believe me I done this a lot.

Wow Tommy,

Nice one. Th feehand painting looks really nice. I always wanted to do freehand but never able to come up with a good pattern.

It is hard to find a nice pattern but a simple one and an easy to reproduce.

What was your inspiration?

Thanks for sharing

Beautifully painted Tommi - very intricate painting as well, the breast plate in particular stands out for me, well done mate.:)

Thanks for sharing,

That is really incredible work. I would love to see an SBS of the great metal work on the breast plate. It almost looks like some bronze or something is in there. truly a stunning work of art.
