Hi René mate,
That is absolutely superb, I have been waiting for the finish of this and you nailed this bust 100%. A true likeness of James Coburn. Bravo(y), Bravo(y), Bravo(y).
Very well done - be very proud of what you have achieved.
cheers
Richie

:awesome: yes, I am very proud, it was hard work but paid off.

I don't know wheater the start of my processes will ever change but on the long run it's the result that counts.

I hope some painters will contribute to Steiners likeness and capture him in the sense of ' Cross of iron'.

To his saying this was his best role.
Rene

Thanks Steve!

I have thought about using the wooden screw I used for sculpting to let him maintain steadiness for the master now.

always so exiting, this casting :)

It might be a mess in the kitchen, but it's a beauty on the kitchen table !
No bubless, I doubt I could do it with no pressure - really good cast.
Buckles will be photoetched ?

or added by bending some copperwire Darko.

I removed only two or three bubbles, most in ear and nose section.

I have the idea to edit a torso with Steiners uniform and hat.
in that case I think of etched parts, but maybe in this scale a challenge to create them too.

Rene
