Brilliant SBS especially from a fellow oil man.Did you heat the figure at any time to get a matt finish?
Brian

Many thanks, guys! I'm happy that you like it!

Hi Brian, no I didn’t heat the figure, but I always use paper fiches for administration classement work (don't know the right word) to put my oilpaint on and then leave it for about 10 minutes. It's a little thicker than normal paper and absorbs a lot of the oils that's in the paint. But I must say that this doesn’t always work, because with red and blue I have my struggles to, and then I use a heating/light box. No need to say that after about an hour the paint becomes too thick an you will need to use new paint. That’s just my way, and you will need a little extra paint, but it works for me.

Cheers, Eddy

Thanks for the kind comments, guys! I'm glad that you liked it!

Carl, no trouble at all, if I helped somebody with this sbs, it makes my day.

And if there's one guy out here who allways is taking the trouble to help somebody out with an answer on a question or a problem, it's you.
Wished we could all be a little bit more like you. Thanks, mate!(y)
Cheers,
Eddy
