Roger Had a few laughs at the Arran Nudist Beach, Used to have a great time down in Houston TX, wandering about in shirtsleeves and they were freezing. So cold that even the pilot mentioned it before landing. Our secretarty could not believe we would go to the beach in that temperature, it was around 65 deg F.
Just for your information "Nessy" is seen every April by police officers in a passing patrol car. Brings millions to our economy but Nessy gets nothing until the next April when she is seen by ...............

...Everybody wants to go there;) A true Scottish Delicacy.....

What! a 'Battered', Mars-Bar!. Or, some, weird offal, in a 'Bollock sack', .... Although, give me a good 'Haggis', or a Black-Pud',... then I am on, cloud 9!:D

I am one of those starving Scots like so many others. Was brought up on fresh salmon, trout and seafish (cod etc) fresh potatoes and veg, fresh beef (cow and venison) and fresh pork. Yes we lived in squaller and had never seen such exotic food as a Scotch egg till I went to sea. Imagine my surprise to learn Welsh Rarebit was toasted cheese, shocked and stunned.
Want to try a real Black pudding try one from Stornaway, best I ever ate.
Yes we were starving, lucky to make it through the winter!
