thanks a lot for this video very usefull

can you tell me what you use in the beginning of sculpting for making armature ?
is it alluminium foil ?

Its tin foil from any super market and gardening wire from any Garden shop or DIY shop. I got the tinfoil or alluminium foil from Morrisons and the wire from B&Q. If you want to use it for full figure sculpting just twist about four lengths together, I think this should be enough strength for figures up to about 1/12th scale, a bust can go a bit higher becuase its just a big lump and supports itself partly.
