27 years ago I swore my oath to her and I'm retired now. Sad of course, but not for long. She'd tell us not to be so silly and get on with it. Life won't quite be the same, somehow. The level of respect and esteem in which she is held is awesome. We won't see her like again.
Good luck to King Charles. I've a feeling he'll need it.
