This is my version of Female Elf from Andrea Miniatures. I name her "The Forest Protector"

I think you could use a little more blending of highlights and shadows on the flesh tones, and the cape might benefit by going to a dark red or blue. It tends to disappear against the color of the tree. Just my opinion. Are you using oils or acrylics? As for the base, try adding some short grass and fine gravel/sand to those areas not covered for a more natural look. Otherwise a nice looking piece, and I like the green / gold combination.
