I've managed to finish off the Hound, even though I've been working on another bust too.
It's been very enjoyable to paint from start to finish, while experimenting with some new
techniques.

Brilliant Malc, the burns look authentic and the rest of the skinn tones are blended to perfection, cracking job.

Cheers Simon

Excellent mate. Yip looks like a fun piece to work on and experiment.

The burnt skin is very convincing. Catches the eye! Speaking of eyes. As Steve says the eyes are top notch buddy! The catchlight is perfect.

Hi Malc

You are a painting machine ........fine result on a deceptively simple looking piece but not so with the skin effects

Nice ce work on the eyes and beard

Don't forget the comps !

Look forward to seeing the next piece from you

Have fun @ the bench

Cheers Rocco, this is one of the 3d prints I've been working on, the detailing like your Legionaire is superb.

Great job Malc on one of my favourite characters from GoT.

He's a character who's detestable at first, but you end up rooting for him by the end. The actor who played him (I forget his name) did a great job, as did the sculptor of this bust in creating his likeness.

Hi Steve, It is a great sculpt as you say, and I'm looking forward to seeing what Sid has lined up next.
The actor was Rory McCann, he did a great job portraying the hound.
