The Hound from Scale Collectables

I've managed to finish off the Hound, even though I've been working on another bust too.
It's been very enjoyable to paint from start to finish, while experimenting with some new
techniques.

The burnt skin is very convincing. Catches the eye! Speaking of eyes. As Steve says the eyes are top notch buddy! The catchlight is perfect.

The metal finish was DarkStar Baroque silver lightly brushed over a black basecoat, then Lamp Black and Sepia oils were
stippled on for the weathering.

The actor was Rory McCann, he did a great job portraying the hound.
