There exists a picture of marching soldiers of the German 6th army at the Kalmyk Steppe, summer 1942. In this picture a blonde soldier wearing sunglasses is to be seen, wearing such a haircut. I think, this was the template of this bust...:

Funny! Above the pic at SK's website "Scale 1:9" is to be seen, under the picture I see "Scale 1:10"...

I think, 1:10 is right, for the bust correspondents with the Young stuff.
