That's a real nice job. A minor point they almost never carried arrows like that in battle but stuck them into the ground for ease of use

As has been already said , you need to change the curve of the bow , and the detail of the arrow. I presume he's meant to represent and English archer ; here's a pic of a friend of mine , drawing a copy of one of the Mary Rose warbows, with a replica arrow. Notice the shape and length of the feathers on the arrow, and the smallness of the arrowhead.
My archer is wearing a replica outfit based on the sort of clothes they wore on the Mary Rose, so later than your figure.

I hope this helps....
And of course, he is shooting at the sort of angle needed to send the arrow about 250 metres.

Like others have pointed out the bow needs more curve and arrows were distributed from wagons in linen sacks in bundles of 20 with a willow hoop at the top .
At the battle of Agincourt most were suffering from dysentry and had their tights rolled down to their ankles so they could shoot and crap free will at the same time , NOW THAT'S A KIT I WANT TO SEE !!!!

Furthermore dysentry, the French threatened to cut the archers fingers. Now that's shooting under pressure.

Having taken another look at the kit I would also like to see more lift to the bow and arrow so I could imagine the arrow traveling some distance , mybe not as much as in the picture Tony supplied . As it is the arrow is only going to travel 25-40 meters allowing for trajectory
