After showing the preparing of the Waterloo clash vignette I show now the first finished mounted figure, the famous Scots Grey.
A lot of work on the Whites and greys of the horse but I hope you like it.

A lovely bit of painting - really crisp. Just out of interest, there are references for the lettering on the valise which state yellow and blue - were there both types used at this period?
My gosh!! How did you finish so quickly? All I have managed to do so far is to prep the horse halves and head of the lancer's horse for assembly. The figure looks very good especially the horse.
