I wouldnt change a comma on what Adrian Cowdry has said
It's been a while since I went last time and cant be bothered to go back really.
Some people love it and some people dont. As simple as that, but it's not good for business to disregard customers' (we are customers after all) concerns and label them as 'moaners'.
Looks like an armchair opinion based on one rather biased post among dozens of positive opinions-perhaps you should go sometime, who knows you might be pleasantly surprised.
