Carl,
Scarf looks better now, not so vivid, & the eyes look like those of a tired veteran (which is what this bust is meant to represent, I think). Also like the weathering/shading on the respirator hose - looks exactly like an example of the Small Box Respirator we've got in a display case at work.
Keep plugging away!

Thanks for the comments chaps. I will add some red to the eyes to add to that fatigue look.
