Has anyone reviewed the 54mm 4th Massachusetts Cavalry mounted figure by United Empire? (I searched but got no results, just wondering if I missed it somehow)

I am actually looking for the impressions of others on this figure. I have the figure and to me the shoulders look way too big (at the point where the shoulders join the torso). Anyone else think so?
