A Fixture
Hi Everyone,
Once again, this one turned out a lot more complex than I had thought, but I am very pleased to have completed it now and to move it to the display cabinet. Hope you like the end result.
The sculpt and cast are excellent; I can very much recommend this figure. There have been some comments about the face, but actually, I like it a lot. It has very young looks, and not the extremely handsome teutonic/warrior look seen on many other German figures. Just a common young lad.
I also think the face looks like the actor Tom Schilling in the (impressive) German series about the 2nd world war "Unsere Muetter, unsere Vaeter" (Our mothers, our fathers).
All painting done in Vallejo acrylics.
I'm not sure which type background I like more so that's why I included two series of pictures.
By the way, I understand that H&V Miniatures has changed into FeR Miniatures, in case you want to get the figure.
Cheers,
Adrian
