Vacume chamber wanted

Hi All
Dont know if I posted in the right section but Admins please feel free to move it.
My vacume chamber has now seen better days, it had a stress fracture in it for several years and it has finally split which makes it unusable. Anyone know where I could pick up another one preferably used or cheap, I do not really want to pay new prices as it is only used occasionally for replication of spare parts for my own use and I no longer produce any kits.
Any help or suggestions would be great.

I have the same problem but I neither can find it on the Internet . Just one adwert in the USA, but I think the shiping costs aren't cheap.

Yer I know what you mean, I see Island Scientific sell them but the £300 for a perspex bowl with a rubber seal is a lot of money for occasional use. I might end up making one from stainless steel tube and a perspex top plate, its just figuring out how to make a decent seal between the two.

Hi Tommi, I have a 460mm x 460mm from island scientific that is surplus to requirements. Used, but in good condition, complete with manifold, valves, gauge and muffler.
Open to reasonable offers.

Our hobby shop where we have out meetings.. came up with a
vacum...box.. you hook a vacum cleaner hose to it.
I bought 2 of them thinking my husband may want it for small
parts he has to remake.
It is sorta of like the Mattel vacum=form we had as kids.
Here is the link to the shop... email Rusy or the owner James,
they probably can send you a picture of one.
Now its not made out of metal.. its made out of wood...
But maybe its something you can use.
