I had this little bust in my gray army and painted it a while back.
It's a little 150mm metal bust that was released about 8 to 10 years ago by a Japanese brand called "Taisho Models" and still can be purchased at a Japanese website called "miniature park":

Hi Ben-Funnily enough I'm just underpainting one of these bought about 4 years ago-the box are pics are a bit obscure-where did you get these pics from?
