WANTED: SOl Model 1/16 human skeleton

Hi - been after this one for several years..

the skeleton was cast in white metal and made by Korean company SOL

If anyone can help, I have cash waiting!

Hi - thanks! I thought they'd gone out of business.
They do appear to have the item, but ordering it is a different matter. I got as far as adding the item to my shopping cart & going to checkout, but processing the order is seemingly impossible. The only banks available are weird Korean ones I've never heard of, and there is no 'contact us' button that I can see in English...

In the ordering information it says international buyers should contact [email protected]. They accept Paypal.

I've just written ordering one of the skeletons myself and we'll see what happens.

Hi - thanks! yes, the guy actually listed them because I got in touch! I knew he was selling SOL stuff - so I just asked. Within an hour, he'd listed 5 for sale. They are resin - I'm assuming he's got the master moulds. He mailed me to say that many foreign modellers assume SOL is out of business, but they aren't... I bought two immediately. He's asked me to give him a little time to cast them up for me especially.

Anyway I'm over the moon to finally get this elusive kit - roll on that WWI diorama!

my skeletons arrived today! According to the guy who sent them, Sol never went out of business in the first place

anyway the skeletons are cast in white metal (I was expecting resin) just like the 'original' release so I was surprised. The quality is good and they are the only player in town.

Still plenty of them on eBay if you want to grab one

I agree with Richard. The quality of the casting is good - mine will require a little removal of flash and unbending a few bits. No big deal. If you don't like e-Bay, you can order direct from SOL like I did. No problem with payment using Paypal.
