Bicycle !

120mm or 1/16 [to suit large Verlinden] Preferably WW2 era.

Needed for a diorama thats been waiting for this crucial part!

Dont know of any manufacturers, so if anyone is looking for a project.....?

On the same vein - How about a civilian - same scale, same era?

All comments, thoughts, suggestions welcome!

Hi Ian.
I understand that Warriors do a range of gangster figures that could be converted to suit or Verlinden has 120mm academy figures (£27.80 from Historex Agents, Dover) and 120mm heads are becoming more available from a number of suppliers.
Do you have any idea of what you want the cycle to look like? This link may give you an idea of what was available at the time.

I saw a bycycle kit yesterday on ebay. It was a Dragon kit I believe. Not sure if it was a UK or US dealer that was selling. Will have a look and get back to you.

Del Prado made a die cast bike, circa 1938 - Either a Halfords or Raleigh delivery bike. Straight up and down with a basket on the front. Saw one on e-bay 3 years ago and didnt buy it. Hindsight is 20/20 !

Cant find a picture yet, but will keep looking.

Keith - Thanks for the gangster idea! Starting with an academy figure might be beyond my talents!
