Watch out Sylmasta

Hello Guys

Just to chear a experience with you guys. In November 2005 I orderd for alot of money sylmasta brushes for myself and a friend.
I bayed some brushes when I visit Euromilitaire in Folkstone and there where very good.
So I looked on internet a orderd more brushes but still don't have any brush.
I have called from Holland about ten times to asked what was wrong.
Everytime I have a very nice speaking person who apologize and say I am sorry it was going wrong I will send it immediately and as service we will send some extra brushes.
And guess till now I have not received any brush and my money is gone.
I am really pisses off ( and special because I am a police officer ) and only want to say
WATCH OUT
to order direct with this company it seems to me that it smells like fraude.
In Holland we say: a warn man tells for two.
Maybye can somebody give me some advice in this matter. Can I report this to the police in England or is this the same as in Holland a civil quistion by law.

Dick, If there is a way to get either your money or your brushes pursue it. I did a 54mm figure foe a company in U.K. that is no longer in business. Not only did I not get paid for my work, I did not get my master back either. It was a hard lesson learned, but if you have a way of resolving the matter look into it.~Gary

I've also had a bad experience with Sylmasta. I left messages on their answer machine and e-mailed them to no avail. Needless to say I wont be ordering from them again.

Hi guys, are you talking about www.sylmasta.com ?
I've just received a parcel from them (putty, blades and some more stuff) in aprox a week, for an amount of more than 100 € and all goes really fine.
Could be only a problem with shipping ? Every parcel has a tracking number, have you tried asking for it ?

Must admit I ahve had no problem with these since I started Putty slinging they ahve been supplying it on time, I ahve even had them ring me to tell me stuff is out of stiock would I like something simillar instead.

Hello Guys

I am very happy for you guys that you have a good experience with this company but my it isn't.
I am talking about the company (www.sylmasta.com).
The problem is that when I called them where my order is a very nice speaking person apologize for the problem and say that he send it right away and for some compensation he will send some extra brushes (more than I orderd).
He promese this 4 times and I called them 10 times. The order is done in november 2005.
The last time I have speak with him was 2 weeks ago and he will send it right away.
It is strangs that I have never had a problem with any company in the world, and that I always received my order in minimal 10 working days.
He promise alot but I don't see anything. My point is for every member of planet figure that this can happen with this company.
I don't believe that I ever see any brush that I orderd.
