Waterloo infantry colours

I have started the CGS bust of the French Cuirassier with the captured 69th colour. I want to replace the finial on the flagstaff but am having trouble finding a decent image to use for reference.

Anyone got a decent picture of one they can share?

The finial on my piece is just an ill defined lump, nothing like on your image of the bust.

Not a biggy, easy to rectify and it's still a great piece of work. I just needed something to work to.

An apology to Graham Scollick.

I have found the finial in a corner of the parts bag. A well cast and defined part.
What I thought was it on the flagstaff was a casting plug.
I must get some new glasses.

Thought it a bit strange as Graham's casting is always top notch ......still at least you found it ....now don't loose your glasses !
