I saw this bust on several show galleries, but I can't make out who is the manufacturer. Maybe scratchbuilt or conversion from another bust ?

I saw this figure at a Paris show and really liked it at first sight.

I feel it shows a resemblance to actor Robert Conrad (the famous Papy Boyington in the TV serie). Maybe it's just my imagination :lol:
