Who makes this figure?

Who manufactures the figure of the, I believe,200mm? scale German officer at Stalingrad peering around the corner of a door.
He's holding his binoculars in his right hand.i remember it as being kind of "pricey"
Any help would be greatly apprciated,

That sounds very much like the figure Rob Hendon did a feature on, in MilMod about 18 months ago, not sure of the manufacturer, but the article might help you to find the easiest way of aquiring the figure, if you get MilMod magazine that is... sorry not much help
