Wild West and Mexican Accessories Needed

Hi ,
I'm starting to convert a 54mm metal figure to a mounted figure. This will be a Mexican Vaquero, but I'm finding it hard to find 54mm spare wild west parts etc. Especially need a nice sombrero hat.

I'm also thinking of using the Andrea saddle and modifying it to -

If anyone has any other suggestions then any help would be greatly appreciated. This is the first time I've tried anything like this!
