Greetings to all after a long layoff necessitated by some health issues. I'd like you to meet Winnie, a 54mm whimsical witch by Blacksmith Miniatures. Crafted with Blacksmith's usual attention to quality and detail. Beautifully sculpted and well cast with lots of very small parts for me to lose (careful fumblefingers!).

Hi hope you are all recovered, I'm pretty sure I lived next door to this one with my parents back in the 70's!

Looks like a fun paint.

Cheers Simon

Another great choice, really looking forward to seeing you bring it to life.
On a non model subject. The Vikes are driving me nuts. :woot:

Thanks, guys. It's good to be back at the Planet.

Malc: I can understand your feelings about the Vikes. Sam Darnold was a washout as a 1st round pick. He hasn't changed. Our qb would be faring a lot better if he stopped throwing so many darned interceptions. All that aside I think the Lions are the obvious class of our division but if the season were to end today both the Vikes and the Pack would be in the playoffs.

Mine arrived at the weekend, had a quick look and closed the box tight. This box contains very, very tiny bits. Should be easy to paint Not

Looks nice but the colour is washed out by the white primer around it, I think you are right the colour will improve as the clothing is painted.

Cheers Simon

Nice start. I think Simon's right, it would be worth blocking in some base colours around the face so that you can really see how the skin will look.

I agree with Nigel, this will help achieve the right skin tones.

I'm not going to comment on the Bears v Vikes game. :wacky:
