The old hideaway as it sits about an hour ago... sans cat ;). Seeing some of these other trainwrecks (read Steve's bench), I don't feel so bad:joyful:

Here's my current set up. Yes I paint and sculpt in a recliner. Note the critical big screen smart TV to bring in YouTube vids to the left. And most importantly the bi-level muggy guard post, usually inhabited by at least 2 grey tabbies...I am currently watched over by Bert, dumb as a sack of cement. Yes cat hair is an issue as we have 5 cats and 2 large dogs. My wife paints so she has the other side of the room and other desk facing mine....partner style :)

Also my primary cabinet which sadly must be shared with SWMBO's Wedgwood, glass and barbies.

Looking at some of these painting areas, I feel rather fortunate to have the space I do. Mind you that's just the type of housing common here. I remember jamming myself and my supplies into a very tiny space the year I lived in Scotland. Here's my set up and one picture of the TWO hellions that have thus far accounted for a couple of emergency repairs. The musket has NOT helped in this regard!

Ok, here's mine. Humble it may be, but everything is within reach and the right shelf is loaded with tons of war flicks to keep my mind focused. Only problem being, if I ain't seen the movie before the paint begins to dry faster, go figure, lol.

I spend most of the winter in the bunker sniffin paint and gluin my fingers together. Gotta love this Sport!

Cheers, Ski.
