Legend Productions issued a series of 120mm -1/16 girl resin figures in their WW2 Nose Art series. The same company also produced 'Rose Marrie' in 1/16 scale - LF1608. With a bit of conversion I am sure you could use the top half of this figure for what you seek to sculpt.

Ron. Verlinden used to do a 120mm female figure called 'TOP GUN' I think. They might also do a female academy figure.
You'd need to do a bit of work but well within your skills.

I've seen a similar scene done in 120mm using this 120mm Legend figure.
It might be something to consider?
