I almost sure was made by MAB, the swiss couple.

No sorry, this piece is not mine however, it seems a good change of a 54, can not remember if Romeo or Pegasus

I think the figure is sculpted by Alan Ball and painted by Marion Ball. I saw Marion painting this figure in one of the paint demo videos. She was demonstrating face painting.
