Hi Frank,
If you want somewhere to meet in the Vendors area, we've got an end table on one of the rows, (table #38) so there should be space around it.
We might even be able to find a bit of space on the table to place a couple of figures to display them.
If they've got bases, send me details and I might be able to put a nameplate on them if there's time.
