The Model Cellar is pleased to announce our fourth preview that will be available at World Expo.

Sculpted by Kazufumi Tomori, it is titled "Kettenhund" 1/9 Zündapp KS750 rider. This amazing figure comes with two different helmets with goggles. One has the lens filled in such that the modeler can just paint the lenses. The other version does not have lenses so that modelers can fill in the frames with clear resin if desired. In addition, it includes two different gas mask canisters - one with, and one without the map case strapped on. See the detailed pics below.

The kit also includes the German Shepherd and a side car seat cushion with a depression molded to the dog. Finally, a few accessories such as two saddle bags and a traffic paddle are also included. See the picture below for the parts breakdown and the kit contents.

Stop by our trade stand early.

Thanks for the positive response.

re: Bond090 - At the moment, no. The figure was sculpted to fit on the Zundapp. The BMW has slightly different geometry.
re: JasonB - separate dog is a possibility.

regards,
Paul

Thanks a lot, everybody, for your compliments!

re: Bond090 - As Paul said, it is sculpted for Zundapp. In BMW R75 the seat is a bit lower and handlebar is a bit higher than Zundapp. There's a gap between butt and seat, so it's impossible to sculpt one figure perfectly fits on both Zundapp and BMW. (Maybe you can convert it to fit BMW by adding putty on butt and adjusting the left arm.)

re: Mike -
Thanks a lot, I'm glad to have a comment from you. You taught me a lot how to sculpt a figure, and still learning a lot from your works!

Thank you Paul and Kaz for your answers. That's what I was worried about.
Anyway, I want this figure ! I will try a convertion or find a zundapp at a decent price.
(I am pretty sure italeri will re release it in the next months)

Really? Is there any news source for that?
They've already re-released BMW, Harley, and Triumph, but I'm not sure they will re-release Zundapp.
If it's true, that's a great news.

I dont have any source for this kaz, but the kettenkrad is already announced for this year.
I guess (I hope maybe) the zundapp will probably one of their following released to complete the 1/9 serie.

Mark, bond090, thanks a lot for your replies.

I found this picture this morning, feeding from Italeri Facebook page. I hope they will re-release all 1/9 series.
