Only 46 days to go now until Expo weekend, and your Chicago Steering Committee is working every day to make the show an incredible experience for all. We hope you are working hard to finish your exhibits and save your pennies to spend in the vendors area, but take a break in between to check out all of the information on our web site to help you make the most of your time in Chicago.
Here are a dozen things you can do now on our Web site to prepare for the big show.
1. Register your exhibits now and benefit from the discount of the rate you’ll pay at the door.
A reminder on how this will work: Register for each category in which you intend to exhibit. When you have prepaid, you will receive an email 10 days before the show with a link to fill out the form giving us the titles of each piece in every category in which you have registered. You should print out this form and bring it to Expo! It is both your receipt to show at the door that you have prepaid and the form you will need to display with your exhibits in order to be judged. Remember, you can still register at the door, but the cost is higher, and you will have to take the time to fill out your forms at the show instead of just breezing in to start the fun.

2. Purchase raffle tickets to win Keith Rocco’s incredible original painting of Elmer Ellsworth in 1861.

3. Register for the seminars and multi-media demonstrations.
We have an incredible lineup of presentations from Alan Ball, Ivo Preda, Dan Capuano, Catherine Cesario, Dennis Levy & Nick Infield, John Rosengrant, Bill Horan, Michael Kontraros, Keith Rocco, Adam Wilder, Mike Blank, and a world-class panel of armor modelers (Dan Tisoncik, Andy Gulden, Greg Cihlar, Roy Wells, John Maher, and John Rosengrant) in the third-floor Astoria Room over the course of the weekend, plus two special multi-media demonstrations in Salon B by Ben Komets and Iain Hamilton on Saturday.
