WIP WW2 German Soldier and bike - 1/16

Using the old Tamiya 1/16 machine gunner in a new scene holding a 3D Gizmo produced bike and using a Reedees replacement head and resculpted details by me.

Not tried the Tamiya 1/16 before, the details on the gear seem nice and crisp. With others doing 1/16 gear, loads of potential with this and their other figures in the same scale.

That's a clever idea , liking the additions you've added to the bike , you have a really good way of seeing potential subjects and conversion potential

Is this based on a Osprey image ?

Thank you mate. Picked up the bike from 3D Gizmo at the Avon show, with the idea of using for another larger project. Then remembering I have the Tamiya figure, a Kar98 and some heads from Steve Reedee thought it would look great as a smaller project in its own right.

Mrs white has been away this weekend so been living in the shed in a mad dash to get this project finished. An enjoyable 1/16 build.
