WIP Young's Feldgenarmerie bust

Hi to all!

This is the last bust I'm working on..There are some details still to do like scratches/dust on helmet and gas mask case, etc... I was thinking to apply a satin varnish layer over the coat to simulate the rubberized likeness, but I fear that could mess it up...Any suggestion?
Apart from that, any other comments more than welcome.

Gerrard,i like the result you have achieved on this bust,i can tell its rubberised just by looking at the photo's,i'm not sure about the varnish,if it was my piece i'd leave the varnish out,thats just my opinion though

maybe you are right,since I try to avoid varnishes unless strictly necessary I think I'll forget about it

As for the varnish: don't even think about it. You can ruin your whole work.
