I go back to work tomorrow after my months leave and unusually for me leaving only three unfinished pieces.
So this is what is waiting for me next leave + of course the great unpainted horde.

Roger have a safe trip mate and you should have those 2 young Duchess's added to your grey army for when you get home .(y)

Cheers Ken

Lovely work in progress Roger. Your routine (work and painting separated into substantial periods ) seems to be very productive. I wish I could do the same as trying to fit the hobby into short evenings around family and work etc can be quite unfruitful sometimes. Good travelling.
Cheers Mat

Thank you Mat. I'll be taking some figs and a set of needle files with me to sea, plus plenty of flat related and historical reading material so I should be eager to make a start with the brushes when I get home. :)

Nice, Roger! I really like the color on the dragoon's coat, and I'm looking forward to see how you finish the drum hangings.

Prost!

Sounds good - I look forward to catching up with your progress when you get back.

Needle files, flats, brushes and reading material, I dont think you get enough to do out there. Apart from wasting time saving peoples lives, do you get any real work like painting and chipping. The seasons coming in for a good paintjob. LOL mate, I know what its like.
Sorry to have missed you at Sword and Lance, but next year.........
Have a good safe trip, you and all the boys.
