None of this finished yet so the painted areas will receive more shade and light and as an experiment I'm using a palette limited to just 10 colours for this one.

When you are at sea Roger you must be winding youself up like a coiled spring.
Only to be released when you have a fist full of pieces to paint.
Great work and I admire your output.
Cheers,
Keith

Excellent work so far.
I just primed cavalier anglaise William de Bohun. It's from quadriconcept and 75mm. I think I gonna like it this time. Gonna look for the rest of the set to.

I've said this more than once, but here it comes again...
It amazes me the depth and dimension you develope on these flat figures.

My hat's off to you

Looking great Roger. I always knew it was challenging to paint flats but the way you've progressed and developed your techniques as you moved more towards oils is inspiring and encouraging for the rest of us (y)
Cheers

Roger that's a great looking scene and I'd be interested to know how you would display the finished set, a a picture frame, box or something else.
Great progress and really nice work on the horse. (y)

Cheers Ken
