Thank you very much for your kind comment, Aterz.
Your work is amazing!!!!!!
Black of a surcoat is very beautiful.
It'll be completed and I congratulate it.
I think this figure is very popular.

Andrea good painting clean in my opinion needs more weathering you know

Andrea ,
This is a nice figure , finely painted , I love your way of doing the dreaded "black" ...any hints or ideas on tackling this colour .

Superb work. Alot of these I have seen with the axe arm incorrectly fitted, yours is perfect. Hardy

Wow:eek: That's a beauty!!!

Now this figure is on my wish list for Xmas!!!!:D

I like the little touch like the flag on the ground. Your wood on the shield looks very convincing. Leather looks good too.

The only thing I'm always not sure about is the fact that this knight looks like he has survived a good battle when you look at the environment but this impression is hardly showing on the figure itself. Dont get me wrong, yours is very good but I'm always trying to see some sign of battle on the figure, maybe on the upper part (blood or ripped clothes, dirt, etc...) Anyway, you did an excellent job overall. I just hope I can do as good as you did!!!

Thanks for sharing such a piece of art!!!

Andrea, my friend, this is a very realistic painting. I can nearly see him move;) I like your nice gentle tones, maybe I would go for more interesting ground work to implement him inside some story, you know what I mean. But the figure is a masterpiece, best regards
R.L.
