Managed to put some acrylics on today, it doesn't look much but believe me it's a major achievement given the weather conditions here at the moment.

Androutsos was famous for being a very fast runner and for posessing enormous physical strenght( reportedly he could hold a freshly slaughtered ram in each of his outwardly extended arms for the whole time it took his comrades to gut and skin them).Such a powerful man takes time to paint but I have great faith in your skills Rog.I think you'll present us with another little masterpiece (I've already petitioned the government for an honorific citizenship for you mate)

Cheers Oda, I'm looking forward to hearing from Mr Tsipras.
There's two things I've been reminded of by bringing this to sea, the importance of magnification and a stable platform for painting. Better make that three, having the correct paints with me would help too.
Love the story about the rams.

Very good Roger.Next time you are at sea remember that greekheroes produces 3 of the most famous naval commanders of the Greek war of independence and since it's obvious that the sea has no effect on you and your painting it would be fitting to paint naval heroes while at sea.
