That is nice work! I think the heart-shaped pointy ornament on top the pole (the finial) is far too large. Just a little sanding at it will be fine.

That red coat is a good match for the original "brick red". Your palette is way cool!

There is a tangible benefit to these photo's as well. Those of us who insist upon bright blues for Federal uniforms can see what the reality is. While there is a range of hues that are correct for these colors this shows that they were largely highly muted. Wear and weather only increased this.
