the only issue I have with sideshow is that we modellers will never get the joy of painting this (or any other sideshow release) as a kit. shame Nice release by SS (gotta love the abbreviation...) though. Interesting angle they have taken here. e interesting to see how well it takes off.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Robert Jordan of Wheel of Time fame. Those books make Lord of the Rings look like a short story :-P I also love reading Sergei Luckanyo (spelling?) of nightwatch fame. Great books and maybe someone a bit more familiar to our russian members

see I kinda disagree with that. I have one of Youngs metal hussars (1 of 100 limited edition). and I will still be definately painting that one up :-) I will just keep the box or make a note somewhere on the base to remind myself of its rarity :-D

voted yes. as I constant compeditor of on-line painting comps, photography skills are a must for sure. Looking foward to it!

The Proposal (the girl in the wedding dress in Ben's photos for everyone not at WASMEX) won second place in the fantasy/sci fi category. Beaten of course by Ben Flood himself :-D I was very happy with the second place. The fantasy category is getting better every year Spiderman missed out...
