    WIP French Revolutionary 1790

I agree, it is quite a powerful bust itself without any additions. Great painting job.

    A couple of SK miniatures

Great painting job, really like the red coat. That mysterious Mr Blank obviously knows a thing or two about sculpturing.

Excellent work, diverse and inspiring range of animalistic figures

    The Partners

Outstanding piece, Derek, congratulations! This is also my concern about this otherwise superb set. The reason is apparently that the standing guy has also been released as a stand alone figure, but in the vignette it is a bit odd that he has a kicking opponent under his foot, but is looking...

    WIP Restoration Trio

Great start! Will be following it. As I understand, it should be Restoration, not Reformation. Good luck with your project! Sergei

    Tatanka

Nap, the secret is in numbers. You can beat one pair of legs, but not five pairs! Seriously speaking, great job, Paul, very dynamic and nicely painted.

    Excellent and meaningful vignette

    Completed Scientificmodels Plague Doctor

Great project, I am following it with great interest. If I may, I think the bollard distorts the composition: it is higher than the figure and distracts the viewer's attention from the doctor. Your Country Needs You, 200mm Kitchener Bust

Generally, I think a plain base would suffice, as the poster is so recognisable. Or it may be a wall, possibly with some references to 1914. The IWM site may be useful here. But it is always easier to advise than to do....

Your Country Needs You, 200mm Kitchener Bust

Good paintwork, but the whole composition with the standard and "classical" column looks naive to me.

Congratulations on your recovery and this nice release!

Completed Critique astronaut, 15mm, Mr Lee's Minis

These little astronauts are so funny, small, lonely, unassuming but so engaging. Make you thinking of Bowie's Captain Tom. I like Lappat's idea of that competition, and you've made an excellent contribution to it.

WIP Cesar & Cleopatra EMI 54 mm

EMI produced many nice kits, including this one. The marble floor looks excellent. Will be following with great interest.
