Coronet were fairly prolific in the 70's and 80's, producing mainly 54mm figures of various genres, ranging from Ancient...

    Roger Ranger is COMING

Nice figure - beautiful details! One question though - Is a flash guard just a modern safety device for reenactors? Cant find any historical reference to them being used. BR Ian

    Plymouth Show 02 April 2016 - Photos

Nice pictures! Word of warning though - Should never parade without flint, and musket at half cock. Also, the sword isnt seated in the shoulder belt correctly - the belt should have an 'eyelet' for the brass knob on the scabbard! BR Ian

    Oils British Crimean Uniforms

Officers coats were made with a cloth called Melton - almost like brushed denim - very smooth! Rank & File coats made of a coarser wool. [As a reenactor I have worn both!] Wikipedia states :- Melton cloth is traditionally made of wool and is woven in a twill form. It is thick, due to having been...

2nd Coldstream Guards Light coy 1815

Could always be an American from the War of 1812? Copies of Charleville musket were used by the Infantry. Remove Coldstream Insignia and you have a combatant from Lundys Lane or Chryslers Farm Ian
