here is another figure I prepared to commemorate the 75th anniversary of D-Day.
The project started a long time ago and I wanted to represent little proposed troops in modeling. So I decided to make some tiny additions on an old Nemrod to make it a glider of the 327th GIR, 101st AB Div., during the Carentan battle.
I just had to add the gas bracelet and regenerate the patch on the left arm. The head is from the Hornet range.
I then enjoyed trying to best represent the classic Norman bocage.

thanks guys, I wanted to make something that was as realistic as possible, to recreate the Norman environment.
Let's say that working on vegetation is never as simple as on architectural or mechanical elements, also because one must try to vary as much as possible the elements that are used.
So the main research was to study the original photos of the hedges and then to research the most suitable products on the market to be able to replicate them.

Bull, Excellent effort! Love the groundwork and the painting of the face is awesome! You nailed it in my book!(y)

Thanks for sharing your work! Best of Everything, Terry Martin-Member of the Atlanta Miniature Figure Society
