This fine Gentleman is done and placed onto the base, at the time of taking the picture the base of the figure was not concealed with the ground, now it is and will take some pics later on
I took a couple hours to work on some leftover details and walking can, very happy with the result

And here is the lady,
Bought this figure from a 3d chap online.
It is a nice lookimg figure, the designer made it 40mm print .
The figure will represent Madame Bergeret.
I took this from a pprtrait descrition:
This magnificent portrait, first published in 1942 by Georges Wildenstein,[1] generally has been thought to represent Marguerite Josèphe Richard, the first wife of Pierre Jacques Onésyme Bergeret (later called Bergeret de Grancourt) (1715 – 1785)

I am experimenting with color this time, and i ordered this ome from Amazon
I love the idea of a Rose gold color which was very popular at the time.
Hopefully the paint jar will arrive today.

PS : Kev, you see?, i am way ahead of your thinkimg about including the lady ;-)

Ooh yeah she's a beauty, so much scope for painting some spectacular fabrics, actually quite envious, I haven't painted something so feminine since a flat of Marieanne (gonna spell this wrong) Twanet, See what I mean. Looking forward to seeing this come to life.

Cheers Simon

Like most British people my grasp.of other languages is horrible, I can order beer in quite a few but it doesn't go.much beyond that. But yes I painted the Quadri Concept figure many years ago and really enjoyed it, in fact most of my flat painting was non-military.

Looking forward to your depiction.

Cheers Simon

I couldn't wait to try this paint, once i hokd the jar i realize it was way too light, turn out to be a powder ( very fine pigment).
I mixed with distilled water and acrylic flow medium.
I have to say i love it!, as the figure was still wet all around i grabbed some pigment powder with the brush and applied to the figure and spread around.
I am beyond thrilled with this product, new stuff for me i guess.

Interesting paint that by the sounds of it is perfect for the ladies fashions and silk sashes etc. Always new and interesting products to learn about and the colour is rather stunning too. I must however resist as much as period civilian clothing is fascinating I already have too many tangents I want to explore, so I'll make do with watching you create this lovely young lady

Cheers Simon
