I am starting on the blue coat today.
For the base color i am using a mix of vallejo and andrea dark sea blue, both have the same name but slightly different shade.
As for the vest and pant s i am usinf vallejo prussian blue and a dab of scale 75 dark blue.

Thanks Kev, i hope my theory of the different color between garments makes sense.
I know the vest and pants were not the same material as the coat and most of the time , not the same shade of blue, even lapels on the coats were manufacured separate.
