Long shot but I've been on the hunt for some 54mm scale animals for basing. Especially more woodland type. But I'm struggling to find good ones from a UK seller. Any ideas?

Cheers.

Cheers Derek. Don't suppose you have any pics of them unpainted? The pics I've seen don't really sell them to me.

Thanks for the links, guys! I could only think of Tamiya's barnyard animal set. I was not aware of Mantis' products at all.

Prost!

I know what you mean, as with many animal sculpts some are better than others even within the same sets and some need a bit of tweaking.
Don't have anything showing unpainted pieces.

OK. So basically look for the general shape and expect to have to do a bit of extra work.

This drove me mental trying to find a 75mm crow. Hard to find good sculpts, it might be worth checking out a toy manufacturer, Schleich is the one that springs to mind though I couldn't say what scale they'd be.

Elastolin also made animals, though they're probably not up to snuff for most folks today. I have some in my stash, for use with Maschinen Krieger subjects, because they work out roughly to the scale.

Prost!
