A good figure painting book to buy

Does anyone know of a really good figure painting book to buy I read in a thread about a book that someone was useing however for the life of me I can't find the thread .

Good recommendations from all concerned , I have these books and are very useful , great colour and full of helpful things as well as amazing finished pieces .

Mr Black publications are well produced and full of colour mixes using both Acrylics and Oils

another classic is Shep Paine's Building & Painting Scale Figures. It's a bit old but useful, I think.

If you opt for Danilo Cartacci's Book which I reckon is the best, I've got a spare copy you could have for half price.I aso have the Andrea one on painting with acrylics i'd be willing to part with. I just don't want you paying full price for these books.
