According to tradition on March 25th 1821, Bishop Germanos III of Old Patra blessed a Greek flag at the Monastery of Agria Lavra and proclaimed the national uprising against the Ottoman Empire.
However, there is a school of thought that the event never actually happened but let's not let that worry us because it is going to happen. (y)

This project may take some time Anthony but here is the first installment.

The base is a resin one by MDP which I purchased from El Greco. After much deliberation how I was going to represent the stone flagged floor of the monastery I simply scribed it into the resin of the base. Sometimes simplicity is the best solution. :)

Once it's painted I'll drill some holes to locate the figures.

Glad to have you onboard, any advice etc. along the way will be appreciated so don't hesitate. That goes for anyone else who may be watching. (y)

I think my best tip would be some inspirational to help and you may even find yourself joing in with the chorus .
