Updraft or side-cup equipped airbrushes require more air pressure to perform than gravity feed. Type of air-brush was not mentioned. Iwata markets a lube which may help in delaying buildup of paint in needle tip area. Zxlene users please use an industrial mask, that stuff is a brain killer :eek: try sudsy ammonia in the flushing of acrylics (like stripping old future floor wax off kitchen floors). Moisture trap has been mentioned already. Paint should be thinned to the viscosity of milk, so they say. Personally I use a quiet, no moisture trap required, cylinder of Nitrogen, pressure regulated by welding guages, cannot stand the vibes from a compressor and I live in a condo. Cheers Eh!
 
Thanks for the warning on the Zxlene Gordon, it does pong a bit, I've had to leave it in the garden-If I see Carl staggering around Crewe this weekend I'll know what the problem is:D
